Homemade Ghee made from curd instead of milk fat.

We make Ghee using the traditional Indian method.

  1. Cow’s Milk is boiled and cooled.
  2. Then a spoonful of curd is added to this Milk and kept at room temperature overnight.
  3. The curd is then churned to extract butter from it.
  4. This butter is then boiled so that the water evaporates leaving behind pure ghee.

Farmhut Ghee has a more buttery taste compared to ghee made from Milk Fat
